Our services are advisory in nature. While we provide expert guidance, final decisions regarding admissions, visas, or licensing are made exclusively by the respective third-party institutions, universities, or governing authorities.

Oma Education Limited does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as successful university admission, visa approval, or professional registration. We provide the tools, strategies, and advisory support for success, but the final outcome depends on the applicant's background, application quality, and the independent discretion of third-party governing bodies.

• Payment: Full payment for consultations, advisory services, or application packages must be made prior to the commencement of the service or session.
• Non-Refundability of Delivered Services: All fees are non-refundable once a consultation has taken place or work on a service package has commenced. By booking or purchasing our services, you explicitly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel and receive a full refund under UK law is waived once the service has been delivered or fully performed.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' written notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment ("no-show"), are non-refundable.
• Late Arrivals: Consultations will start and end strictly at the scheduled times. Missed time due to late arrival will not be reimbursed or extended.

The content, logo, graphics, templates, research materials, and advisory content provided on this website or directly to clients remain the exclusive intellectual property of Oma Education Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any part of our branding or proprietary advisory materials without our prior written consent.

Oma Education Limited, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, reliance on advisory advice, or the inability to secure a specific academic, professional, or immigration outcome.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
